Can you offer design based on my sketch?
Yes, Our artwork design process is primarily based on the customer-provided sample size. We use specialized flat drawing software like CDR or AI for this purpose. In the event that a customer cannot provide a sample, we offer complimentary design assistance in alignment with their specifications.
If I want to open my own mould, how long it will take?
Following the artwork design, we proceed to create the mold. This process demands high-level production technology and may take some time. Typically, the mold creation period is estimated at five days, with completion occurring within 7-15 days. Once the proofing board confirms the structural accuracy, mass production can commence.
How long is the delivery date?
Non-customized products are typically dispatched within 3-5 days, while customized products are shipped within 15 working days.
What’s your payment term?
We accept various payment methods including Paypal, Western Union, online T/T, Credit Card, and more.
Can I get the sample?
Yes, you can request a sample. We will dispatch a complimentary sample within 3 working days upon receipt of shipping costs. Alternatively, if you have a designated forwarder, we can send it directly to them.

How to guarantee the product quality?
Our Furuize cups are crafted from 100% Medical Grade Silicone sourced from Germany’s top supplier, Wacker. They are free from BPA and latex, naturally nontoxic, odorless, and maintain a natural pH. These cups are hypoallergenic and chemical-free, ensuring safe use.
Our rigorous quality control process covers all stages from raw material procurement to production. Furuize holds all necessary certifications for menstrual cups, providing a guarantee of product quality.
Each initial product undergoes a comprehensive inspection to verify compliance with specifications, color accuracy, and to identify any appearance defects, ensuring only flawless products move forward.
Upon completion of packaging, our quality inspection team meticulously checks each box for label accuracy, color consistency, and quantity to match the order. Once confirmed, the boxes are sealed and sent to the warehouse for delivery.
