Design department director says:

“Design is something I am good at, and it is my goal to satisfy customers with my design. Design is a complex process, from the product color, size, packaging, logo, etc., each part I confirm with my customers, completely follow the customer’s preferences and wishes to modify the details, sometimes I put forward suggestions based on my experience, so that step by step to complete a good design, seeing the customer satisfied with the smile, I am very happy.”

Production director says：
“We highly insist ourselves on complying with medical and health safety production, and regularly invite inspection organizations to inspect our factory every year, such as ISO9001,ISO13485, etc.. One of the most important factors in the production of menstrual cups is the use of advanced equipment. Only the equipment that uses advanced technology will help us to produce perfect menstrual cups. Our production uses the world’s leading equipments and facilities, such as grinding machine, liquid silicone injection molding machine, injection molding machine, testing equipment and so on. Over the years, we have formed our own mold workshop, which gives us a unique competitive advantage in the customized design of molds, mold processing and testing, and a complete set of solutions for product production and testing.”

We have set up class 10,000 and 100,000 dust-free workshops and production quality inspection workshops to ensure a clean and powder-free production environment and a hygienic and safe storage environment. Our production line is in two shifts, which makes our production fast, thus guaranteeing the fast shipment capacity.”

In fact, this is the beginning of our services, such as helping customers to follow the logistics information, helping customers to complete customs clearance processing. When the customer receives the product, remind the customer how to use the product properly, telling the customer the precautions, pay attention to the customer’s feeling of use. We pay attention to every customer’s feedback, customer feedback is the cornerstone of our progress.”
